People, Planet, Partners: Our Sustainability Ambition 2030

Hi everyone, and welcome to the latest issue of People, Planet, Partners! 

This month we’re really excited at Paragon because we’ve just launched our latest Sustainability Report. It’s now available to download and you’ll find a link to it at the end of the issue. 

This is the seventh report we’ve put together, and each time we do it, we learn a lot and our reports have improved year on year. We are a rapidly growing business, and as we’ve grown and matured, so have our reporting structures and the amount of sustainability data available to us. 

But to be honest, when I look back on the first report we did in 2015, it looks like a child wrote it! (Although I was very pleased with it at the time). That report had a very limited focus, and it didn’t even mention Scope 3 carbon emissions (more of which later). But now I’m really proud of what it’s turned into, and the journey we’ve been on as a business to get us to this point.
